     All forms should be returned, in person, to the appropriate department at city hall. Forms pertaining to Building or Parks & Recreation on the 2nd floor (Community Development Dept), Public Works forms on the 2nd floor (Public Works Dept), Licensing and Tax forms on the 1st Floor (Finance Dept), and Employment Applications on the 1st floor (Attention to the Human Resources Director).
